School Description
Lakeside Elementary School is a small rural school that has combined with Green Meadow Elementary School. Lakeside houses kindergarten, first, second, and third grades from both school attendance areas. Fourth and fifth graders attend Green Meadow Elementary, located at Perry Tipler Middle School, 325 S. Eagle St. A shuttle bus system transports the students to and from school.
Lakeside is a close-knit community of learners. The staff at Lakeside is welcoming and considers students their number one priority. Lakeside has an excellent new media center/computer lab and also features one of the the largest playgrounds in the district.
