Welcome to the Oshkosh community and the Oshkosh Area School District, where our motto is Building Community Through Education. The Oshkosh Area School District is unique in how closely we work with our community to understand what it wants from our schools and in being transparent in our progress towards goals set in our strategic plan to continuously improve.

The Oshkosh Area School District is located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, serving over 9,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 and operating 13 elementary schools, four middle schools, two high schools, one charter school, and an eAcademy. The district also offers free public preschool for all children who turn four on or before September 1 of the current school year, and provides special education services to children who qualify beginning at age three.
