What is Oshkosh Schools Academy?

The Oshkosh Schools Academy is an seven-month program designed to provide community members with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of our district's mission and strategic priorities.

After a successful inaugural year in the 2024-2025 school year, we are excited to open applications for the next cohort, running from October 2025 through April 2026. This program is especially beneficial for those who want to gain a foundational understanding in:

  • District operations
  • Leadership principles
  • Governance
  • Participation in the Oshkosh schools 

Program Details

Participants are asked to commit to completing the full seven-month program. Each session will incorporate a book study on Schools Cannot Do it Alone by Jamie Vollmer, fostering rich discussions and insights.
