What is Oshkosh Schools Academy?

The Oshkosh Schools Academy is an seven-month program designed to provide community members with a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of our district's mission and strategic priorities.

Join us for the 2026-2027 Academy!

Following two years of successful cohorts, we are excited to open applications for the next cohort, running from October 2026 through April 2027. This program is especially beneficial for those who want to gain a foundational understanding in:

  • District operations
  • Leadership principles
  • Governance
  • Participation in the Oshkosh schools 

Program Details

Participants are asked to commit to completing the full seven-month program. Each session will incorporate a book study on Schools Cannot Do it Alone by Jamie Vollmer, fostering rich discussions and insights.
