Learn with us! WCCOT Transitional Info Series
The Winnebago County Community on Transition (WCCOT) will be hosting a six-session informational series for parents/guardians of children with disabilities who are transitioning into adulthood. These sessions are open to families in Winnebago County. Parents/guardians are invited to gather to share a meal before each presentation. Click the session details below to learn about each session and RSVP.
Register
Pre-registration is required for each session, to plan for the complimentary meal provided and arrange childcare for siblings as requested.

- Childcare for siblings is available with RSVP.
- Young adults are invited to attend the session(s) with their parent/guardian, must be able to self-regulate their behavior.
- There is no cost for attendees.
