Special Education Referral Guide for Private/Parochial School Families

Initial Registration Process

To begin the special education referral process, you must first register your child in the District's student information system (Infinite Campus).

Important Notes:

• Registration allows us to process your referral
• This does NOT enroll your child in the school district

Instructions

• The online registration process is best completed on a desktop or laptop computer using Google Chrome as a browser.

1. Click the registration link above.

2. Click “Private/Parochial Special Ed Referral" - Complete all tabs until they turn green (On the Student Services tab, select "YES" to indicate your child attends a private school)

3. Complete the entire questionnaire

4. Submit the application
