Expanding Opportunity - Building Belonging

The Oshkosh Area School District's Multicultural Outreach (MCO) program exists to welcome, empower, and uplift students with refugee backgrounds, immigrant youth, and English learners by fostering belonging, cultural pride, and community connection. Through enriching experiences rooted in identity, leadership, and joy, MCO helps students build confidence, celebrate their heritage, and expand their sense of what’s possible in their new community.
