These events aim to ensure students and parents understand the exceptional academic pathways available in high school and to ease any concerns about the transition to our comprehensive high school environment.

Oshkosh West 8th Grade Preview

Wednesday, January 7, 2026  at 4:30 PM

  • Location: Oshkosh West High School (375 N Eagle St)
  • Entrance: Doors 28 & 29
  • Schedule of Events:
    • 4:30 – 6 PM: Open House & School-wide Scavenger Hunt (Explore departments, clubs, and activities)
    • 5:15 PM: Optional - AP U.S. History Information Session
    • 6 – 6:30 PM: Recommended - Scheduling & Course Requesting Presentation
    • 6:30 PM: Optional - Global Academy Information Session

Oshkosh North 8th Grade Preview

Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 5 PM (check-in starts at 4:45 PM)

  • Location: Oshkosh North High School (1100 W Smith Ave)
  • Entrance: Door 1
  • Schedule of Events:
    • 4:45 PM: Check-in starts
    • 5 – 6 PM: Talk with staff and current students to learn about clubs, sports, and class options
    • 5:45 – 6 PM: Optional - Communities Program Presentation (Auditorium)
    • 6:10 – 7 PM: Mandatory - Student and Family Presentation (Auditorium) - Learn about scheduling, athletics, and everything you need to know as a Spartan
